RETURN POLICY

Should your acquisition fail to meet your expectations, we invite you to proceed with its return and receive a refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), provided the return is made within fifteen business days following receipt of the order. We kindly request that you notify us of your intention to return via email within the stipulated period and that you remit the order in its original packaging and in optimal condition. In such an event, the shipping costs pertaining to the return shall be borne by you, as well as any applicable tariffs or customs duties.

If your order arrives in a damaged state or exhibits any defect, we respectfully request that you communicate with us via email so that we may assist you and manage the return with the utmost expediency. You will have a period of fifteen business days to effect the return and receive a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs.

All return periods shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the order.
